Military
I served 5+ years in the Army as a Ranger qualified Infantry Officer. In my first assignment I deployed to Northern Iraq and led a multinational team of 120 Soldiers from 4 organizations speaking 3 different languages at a remote outpost with myself as the highest ranking Soldier. This experience helped me hone my leadership abilities, understand how to manage diverse teams and lead with integrity in challenging & austere conditions.
My final assignment in the Army I was a part of the 3rd US Infantry Regiment, “The Old Guard.” I led the execution of Army Funerals honoring the nations fallen Soldiers in Arlington National Cemetery along with ceremonies of international significance for foreign dignitaries. I was selected as the Presidential Salute Battery Commander, the only unit of its’ kind in the Military. These positions required flawless mission execution…flawless execution that was made possible by continuous and difficult training, a reinforcement of what right looks like and the ability to motivate teams to want to be better.

Consulting
I spent 10 years as a consultant (with a majority at small founder led consulting firms) learning the ins and outs of most major business operations and functions. I had the opportunity to support clients across almost all industries leaving me with the ability to adjust to any situation and provide solutions that are logically structured, can be executed and are scalable to meet business needs.
Clients have spanned the public sector including agencies such as the DOD and Department of Veterans Affairs, private equity and their portfolio companies, healthcare, global chemical manufacturers and a founder led small business needing a strategy and organizational review to support growth over the next 5 years.
Corporate
I then transitioned to a fintech company where I am responsible for post merger integration and corporate development activities that are focusing on creating top line revenue growth for the company.
